	optimized. Fixed bug that prevented last sync displaying if 
	selected area start higher than sync start.

	program in Non-Video mode.
[!]	Fixed bug that caused deleting log window class and switching to
	"emergency" logging by Message Box'es if user closed Log Window
	by "X" button.
[!]	Small bug fix: Busy status was not indicated on Status Bar while 
	file loading.
[!]	Small bug fixes: changing file not always caused enabling buttons 
	such "Save" or "Save As...".
[!]	Fixed idiotic typo caused duplicating CSS parameters on they setting.
[+]	New nice Help System with lots of information. Sorry if some phrases
	not written correctly.
[*][#] 	"#pragma argsused" before all VCL event handlers to prevent this
	idiotic "Parameter xxx is never used" warning messages.
[*][#]	All header files contents rearranged: Standard C, C++ and VCL headers
	was put to headers.h file for very fast recompiling: Precompiled Headers
	File now recompiled only if this headers.h file contents changed.
[*][#]	Eliminated all warning messages.
